Connect Japan provides business culture training at Kubota Group Europe

Last June to November, Connect Japan provided training on business culture and communication with Japanese for both management members and employees at Kubota Group Europe. Connect Japan has Kubota Deutschland GmbH, Kubota Europe S.A.S., Kubota Espana SA and Kubota Turkey Makine Tic. Ltd. Şti., visited and gave training to more than 150 employees. In 2019, Connect Japan will provide business culture training on Japanese and Europeans at KUBOTA Europe S.A.S R&D department consisting of 60 members, including both Japanese and Europeans.

Connect Japan coordinates study trip for Social Welfare Corporation Kounotori Fukushikai

From September 24-25th Connect Japan has coordinated study trip for Nonpi Kounotori, Social Welfare Corporation Kounotori Fukushikai. They have visited the Netherlands to learn more about how Dutch nursery homes cope with taking care of elderly people with dementia. Connect Japan made appointments with nursing homes such as Overspaarne in Haarlem (https://www.kennemerhart.nl/locaties/woonzorgcentrum-overspaarne-haarlem/) , Hogeweyk in Weesp (https://www.vivium.nl/verpleeghuis-dementie-hogewey-de-hogeweyk-weesp) and also with an research institution for elderly Leyden Academy (https://www.leydenacademy.nl/home-en/). As well as coordinating the appointments, Connect Japan acted as interpreter during these visits. ARC-NOHARA Co., Ltd. study trip coordination

From 20-23 March, Connect Japan organized a study trip for the ARC-NOHARA Co., Ltd. Delegation, the market leader of traffic signs manufacturing and sales in Japan. ARC-NOHARA visited the Netherlands in reference with the Intertraffic exhibition in Amsterdam and to learn more about different aspects of using raising bollard in Dutch cities. Connect Japan arranged visits to the cities of Amsterdam and Leiden where they learned about the raising bollard policy within in local governments and the future policy shift of selective access system. In addition Connect Japan arranged a visit at ERDI, the leading manufacturer of raising bollards and its traffic systemin the Netherlands. Finally Connect Japan arranged a visit with the CROW Dutch knowledge platform for traffic and transport. Connect Japan was responsible for organizing this trip and has participated as interpreter during their visit.
